Mikka Erem is the Lead Operations for Steel Reinforcement at CutStruct Inc, a pioneering Nigerian proptech company founded in 2019 that is transforming construction procurement through innovative digital solutions. Since assuming this role, Mikka has been instrumental in streamlining the sourcing and delivery of steel materials, ensuring efficiency and transparency in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving construction industry. Under Mikka’s stewardship, CutStruct has successfully launched LiveVend, a digital marketplace connecting construction professionals with verified suppliers, and secured over $2.4 million in funding, including a $1.5 million seed round in May 2025. His strategic initiatives include integrating AI algorithms to optimize vendor selection and pricing, and forging partnerships with financial institutions like AXA Mansard and Sterling Bank to embed insurance and trade credit services.
