iCUBEFARM began with a simple belief: Africa’s greatest resource is its people, and connecting talent to opportunity could transform entire industries. Too often, businesses struggled to find the right professionals, and skilled individuals were overlooked. We set out to change that.

What started as a digital platform to bridge employers and job seekers quickly grew into something larger — a movement to make recruitment more transparent, efficient, and inclusive. Early on, we built a space where organizations could discover a diverse pool of qualified candidates, and where professionals could take control of their careers.

As we listened to the needs of businesses and workers, our mission deepened. We introduced HR training and development programs to prepare professionals for the future of work. In 2023, we launched SHRM exam preparatory courses in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea — equipping HR leaders with the global standards and confidence to excel.

Partnerships soon followed. In 2024, Chevron Equatorial Guinea entrusted us with recruiting, training, and integrating interns into their workforce. The program not only gave young professionals meaningful career starts but also delivered real business impact. Its success led Chevron to renew the partnership in 2025, affirming iCUBEFARM’s role as a trusted partner in workforce development.

Our story is also about raising the conversation. In March 2025, our CEO, Yolanda Asumu, addressed the Congo Energy and Investment Forum in Brazzaville, calling for a skilled, future-ready workforce to meet the energy sector’s evolving demands. Her message reflected what drives us every day: Africa’s growth depends on empowering people.
